The Vesak Day (Poem In Chinese)

This Poem is published on 9th May 2006 Lianhe ZaoBao Wenyi Ban.

The translation (Roughly):

Fullness, really only belong to that Full Moon?
The eyes are filled with all sorts of happiness, sadness, parting and reunioning
All grievances fill up the ears
Who is the one who holds the Light?
Every night, the TV screen
Sweet talks
Virtual painted pictures flooding our sight
People are a flock of mindless souls
lingering
among the unreal truth
Where is the Truth
Among the beautifully printed text?
When there is no basis on truth or lies
The language of Advertisement
becomes another absolute truth
The silvery clear moon
is the target
the madmen specially looking for
The Light of Fullness
only written on
the grains of foreheads
of those ordinary people
